Our listed starting prices are based on the Tristate Estimator, which calculates costs for the states of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. This estimator reflects the specific construction standards, material costs, and regulatory requirements of these regions, ensuring that the quoted prices are both fair and accurate within this geographic area.

We understand that our customers may have preferences for building locations outside the Tristate area (ex. Florida, North Carolina, etc.). If you choose to build your YoHouse in a different location, please be aware that the final price may vary. These adjustments are necessary to accommodate the local building codes, regulations, and market conditions specific to your chosen area.

• Local Building Codes: Different states, counties, and municipalities may have unique building codes and standards that can affect the cost of construction. We will review these codes to ensure your YoHouse complies with all local regulations.
  
• Material and Labor Costs: Depending on your location, the availability and cost of construction materials and labor may differ. Our pricing will reflect these regional variations to provide you with an accurate estimate.
  
• Permitting and Inspection Fees: Fees associated with permits and inspections can vary widely from one location to another. These costs will be included in your final pricing.

Beyond the base price, your YoHouse can be customized to suit your specific needs and preferences. Customizations and additional services may also be subject to location-based pricing adjustments.

Before we move forward into PHASE I, you will receive a detailed final pricing agreement. This document will outline all costs, including any location-based adjustments, customization fees, and additional services.
